The Eminence in Shadow released the preview images and teaser trailers for episode 6. Episode 6 will air on November 9, 2022, and Cid will finally be aware of how rich Shadow Garden has become because of Gamma during the time they spent away. You can watch the teaser trailer below:

The Eminence in Shadow premiered on October 5, 2022, and it currently has 5 episodes available. Kazuya Nakanishi is directing the series at studio Nexus. HIDIVE has been streaming the show and describes the plot as:
When Cid is isekai’d to another world, he creates an underground organization to live out a fight against a made-up cult. Little does he know the cult is real, and they’re not happy his power fantasy just impeded their plans!
The anime is based on Daisuke Aizawa’s The Eminence in Shadow (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!) light novel series. Enterbrain has been serializing it with Tōzai’s illustrations since November 2018, and it currently has 4 volumes available. Kadokawa Shoten is publishing a manga adaptation by Anri Sakano, and as of now, it has 7 volumes in circulation. Yen Press is publishing the original The Eminence in Shadow light novel series in English.
