BLEACH: Thousand Year Blood War Arc revealed a preview for episode 10. The new episode is set to air on Monday, December 12. Studio Pierrot is animating the new BLEACH anime, which premiered this October.

Studio Pierrot also produced the original TV anime adaptation of Tite Kubo’s BLEACH manga, which aired between October 2004 and March 2012 and had a total of 366 episodes. The anime is known for a large number of filler episodes, and the same studio is working on the new season which is set to have four cours. VIZ Media licensed the manga in English. Thousand Year Blood War Arc starts with the 480th chapter and ends with 686th. The plot is described as:
The peace is suddenly broken when warning sirens blare through the Soul Society. Residents there are disappearing without a trace and nobody knows who’s behind it, meanwhile, a dark shadow is also extending itself toward Ichigo and his friends in Karakura Town…
