The upcoming NieR:Automata Ver1.1a anime revealed a trailer and a visual for A2 along with the voice actor’s comment. Ayaka Suwa is reprising the role in the anime, that studio A-1 Pictures is animating. The premiere date is set for January 2023. The anime released a trailer and visual for Lily with cast information in late November.

The long-awaited anime adaptation… It makes me so happy and thrilled! A2 was on a rampage as a lone wolf in the game, but her demeanor and movement were very smooth and pretty, so I am also really looking forward to seeing how the anime depicts her! I’m very much fond of Nier’s beautiful, yet fragile worldview, so, with anticipation for directions unique to the style of anime, I will play the A2 living there powerfully!
