A preview video for Tomo-chan Is a Girl episode 9 was revealed on Tuesday on the official Aniplex YouTube channel. The episode will air on Wednesday, March 1. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime with English subtitles.

Tomo-chan Is a Girl has found itself not only to be the top rom-com of the Winter 2023 season but possibly the top series overall after consistently placing in the top 10 of our weekly polls for the Winter 2023 season. Tomo-chan Is a Girl is studio Lay-duce’s first anime series of the year and is currently the only known series the studio has announced for 2023. After another great episode last week, Tomo-chan Is a Girl looks to give us another wholesome episode with plenty of wholesome moments this week as everyone gets ready for a festival!

Tomo-chan Is a Girl is an anime adaptation of the original four-panel manga series written and illustrated by Fumita Yanagida. The manga was published on the official Twi4 Twitter account and Saizensen website between 2015-2019 and released a total of 8 volumes. Tomo-chan Is a Girl is directed by Hitoshi Nanba with Megumi Shimizu in charge of the series composition and Shiori Hiraiwa handling the character designs.
